Return Policy

 

At M POP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your order, we’re here to help with our hassle-free return policy.

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

1.1. We offer refunds for products purchased through the Store in accordance with the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

2. Return Requirements

2.1. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned to us in its original condition, unused, and with any tags still attached.

2.2. Returns must be initiated within  24 hrs of the date of purchase.

3. Refund Process

3.2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3.3. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 4 to 5 working days.

4. Shipping Costs

4.1. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

5.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@mpop.in  to arrange for a replacement or refund.
